U.S. prosecutors say they have arrested Klaus Pflugbeil, a Canadian living in China, for allegedly trying to secretly sell trade secrets of electric car maker Tesla. Pflugbeil lives in China and runs a company that sells technology related to electric vehicles. Prosecutors allege that he used Tesla's manufacturing secrets in his business and tried to sell some of them secretly. A Chinese national, Yilong Shao, who is currently on the run, has been charged as an accomplice but has not yet been arrested. Plugvale is scheduled to appear in federal court in New York on March 25th.
